With all of the revelations about the capture of the US Supreme Court, mostly thanks to Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, we have become aware of major schemes against the functioning of our government. We now know how our Supreme Court has been compromised and directed to make decisions that deny women’s rights, deny voter’s rights, and gave corporations human rights. These ethically-challenged people have taken over the Court and established a fifth column training ground for the ‘capture’ of federal and state courts and legal systems
Five years ago, at Hillsdale College, Leonard Leo gave a talk that revealed his knowledge of the workings of the American court systems. At that time, he was aware of the power he had in tandem with wealthy billionaire oligarchs to redirect the justices to their secret agenda. Through the use of the Federalist Society and both 501(C)(3) and 501(C)(4) corporations, he directed a concerted effort to take over the courts. These billionaires provided the Dark Money needed to capture the judicial branch of our government.
Leo and his supporters knew that there was no way to do this by legitimate, constitutionally established channels which give citizens via their elected representatives, the power to govern.
Studying his comments, it is obvious that he revealed a pathway he was devising that would place justices on the Court who shared his extreme Catholic religious beliefs, and his warped vision of how the Constitution, as interpreted by him, could be used to destroy the “liberal ideas” of government of the people, by the people, and for the people.
If one studies his comments, his actions, and the workings of the Court in the past decade, it is obvious that he has been successful in the implementation of his master plan.
We presently have a Supreme Court with five male justices and one female justice who do not believe in the separation of church and state, the rights of women, the rights of voters, and an ethical code that binds every other justice in the US. They do not believe in laws that deny the use of Dark Money that works to the benefit of a few hidden oligarchs. These billionaires use Dark Money to exploit America by bribing justices (think Thomas and Alito), and by devising systems that bypass the legislative and executive branches of government.
Leo’s complicated plans are now being exposed by Pro Publica, major news sources like the Washington Post and the New York Times, Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, and many other reliable sources. As a result, the radical men and one woman placed on the court by the Federalist Society and Leo’s people, have done great damage to America, and especially to women, to voters, and to our economic system which allows corporations and oligarchs to pour Dark Money into politics.
The American people are disgusted by these violations. How long will it take to repair the damage done?
